Our adults need not go above and beyond from their current process and workflow in order to learn ‘technology’. It should come from their comfort/’used-to’ zone. Hence, chosen project path - New pathways for existing technology




• Users get annoyed when the device doesn't listen to them. It's probably because of their feeble speech.

• Inability to access the device without help, since it needs an app to run.

• The number of complexities the device has is beyond measure, it's mostly because of the number of buttons.
